To Apply

We are looking for creative minds in the real estate world. Write a 1,000 or more word essay proposing a new commercial real estate development in an undeveloped area that you are familiar with, and why it should be developed as you propose; or a unique development, or redevelopment, in a market you are familiar with and why its best use is as you propose. Don't worry, we won't steal your idea or share it (unless you want us to). Winner will be selected based on their understanding of their chosen market, and their analysis of it, as well as the creativity and forward thinking of the proposed development. Submissions must be received by December 1st, 2017 for the Spring 2018 semester. The scholarship recipient will be selected by December 15th, 2017 and the award will be paid directly to the recipient's school. Submit your current transcript showing your GPA as well as enrollment in a real estate related class or program along with a brief cover letter introducing yourself, and your essay to [email protected] or with the form below.
Future scholarships will be awarded for subsequent semesters.
